ViS BMS department offers expertise across a range of manufacturer’s systems. Our partnership with Delta Controls provides our customers with access to an advanced Building Management System for new and retrofit projects, offering integration of HVAC, Lighting and Access. This is made possible through Delta's native BACnet products, using the world standard open protocol Delta Controls continues to set standards in the BACnet world with more than 40 devices approved by the BACnet Testing Labs. We offer a complete solution including design, installation and commissioning.
Our systems help optimise the performance of customers building's, providing occupants with the highest possible degree of comfort and security. Our ORCAWeb solution allows estates managers to decentralise the control system providing authorised users with the ability to set heating schedules, access schedules and temperature setpoints via an ordinary web browser. The system provides optimum start controllers and weather compensation loops for maximum efficiency and comfort.
A ViS Building Management System provides users with the ability to monitor and target energy consumption within their buildings. Trend log data collected from utility metering such as electricity, gas, oil or water via the Historian software can be analysed by the built in reports object. After an initial monitoring period, goals can be set, action plans implemented and progress evaluated until optimal performance of mechanical plant is reached. Installation of energy saving equipment such as Variable Speed Drives helps reduce electricity consumption and CO2 emissions. The drives can communicate with the BMS over the BACnet network allowing parameters to be monitored and altered as necessary.
