Service and Support

ViS has a dedicated team of fully qualified multi disciplined engineers who are responsible for the maintenance and support of all systems that we install. The systems include Fire, Intruder, Access Control and IP and Conventional CCTV systems which are maintained and supported to PSA/NSI and Manufacturers Standards ensuring that the Warranties on the equipment are maintained and valid at all times.

Helpdesk

Located within ViS Head Office, a dedicated Maintenance Helpdesk provides service and support to all our clients. The Helpdesk provides 24/7/365 support and response to calls received from our clients and is controlled by a dedicated team of Helpdesk staff. ViS operate an IP based Helpdesk platform that when calls are logged onto the systems, the computer based platform generates a case and a call is logged by the Helpdesk staff to the nearest engineer to ensure that you receive a rapid and efficient response.

Peace of Mind

The IP based Helpdesk platform provides clients with the reassurance that there is a fully audited process which is followed at all times. The systems are also used by the company for NSI/PSA Inspections to ensure that the maintenance of all client systems are conducted in accordance with the strict guidelines as set out by these accreditation bodies. To that end all calls logged through the Helpdesk are fully audited and reports can be generated on your account at anytime. We also offer a remote access service allowing you, the client to log onto your account and view reports and calls.
