The ViS Helpdesk operates 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The helpdesk is manned by specialist staff who manage and assign calls using an advanced software application and tracking system. This enables ViS to geographically locate and assign calls to engineers ensuring clients get the correct engineer in a fast and efficient timescale.
ViS has a department of highly skilled and dedicated maintenance engineers which are on call 24/7and are managed by the ViS Helpdesk. Where required, ViS can provide a VPN support network ensuring clients get remote assistance irrespective of their location.
ViS has a Training Academy located in its Headquarters in Belfast. The Training Academy is available for ViS clients who may wish to train their staff on technology, systems and legislation. The Training Academy can seat up to 8 people per session and features an interactive write board and workstation terminals to allow hands-on training.
ViS professional services include design, risk analysis, security surveys, system health-checks and product evaluation using ROTAKIN and NORMAN test targets. The company also provide CAD design and BIM modelling advanced software packages.
